For Bob and I, being an Adventurer means that we enjoy exploring the countryside along Roads Less Traveled. Theses adventures may be as short as an afternoon out and about, perhaps paddling, biking or just enjoying time together. Or, our adventures may be a week or two long as we travel in our 5th Wheel Camper, staying in state and national parks as well private campgrounds.
The following quote describes our perspective on Adventuring and also how we are striving to move forward on Our Road to Living Well.
Adventure isn’t hanging on a rope off the side of a mountain. Adventure is an attitude that we must apply to the day to day obstacles of life – facing new challenges, seizing new opportunities, testing our resources against the unknown and in the process, discovering our own unique potential. —John Amatt
An important part of adventuring is sharing with others the places we have been and, in turn, learning from these adventurers about places that they have been and enjoyed.
As we travel, we will list the locations with web addresses and if we have some good information about the place, we will add a review. Additionally, we will list the places we want to visit and welcome others to share their favorite adventure locations.
